Will Lyon is the National Sales Manager for North America and has been involved in face-to-face marketing since 2003. His depth comes from working throughout multiple international markets including Australia, the United Kingdom and North America.  

Lyon has been working with The Patriot group since March of 2018, although he did previously work with the Chief Executive Officer Danny Dimas in the same capacity within a different company.  

Lyon as part of his life philosophy believes that commitment combined with respect is the key to his character and success.

Danny Dimas is chairman and CEO of The Patriot Group and currently has responsibility for the company’s business operations whilst leading the integration throughout Oceania, Europe and North America. Prior to The Patriot Group, Dimas has had more than a 20-year career in campaigning with fundraising, telecommunications, pay-tv, energy, security and other commercial products.

Dimas is well known for disrupting the third party & outsourced sales agency industries and is a leader for change in the industry’s employment model. This has delivered a shift in the market with unparalleled success, record growth and a higher sales piece average combined with quality assurance, and longer client customer sustainability. Dimas points out that he relies on two key elements for every business, and that is to treat people with respect and to maintain a culture where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.





Reporting to Danny Dimas, Lars Andersen is the Executive Manager of North America and has a successful background across a variety of core corporate functions domestically and abroad throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. He recently joined The Patriot Group in 2018.

Andersen amongst colleagues is known for his diverse capability to manage multiple business functions whilst delivering on portfolio growth, capability, functionality, efficiency and sustainability within the sales, operations and commercial aspects.

Andersen believes in integrity first then due diligence and that everything thereafter should follow suit. With these principles in mind he has successfully built and le‍d multiple third party programs for start-ups through to Forbes Top 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
